150g lobster meat, cooked and diced

150g crab meat, cooked and picked

150g salmon fillet, skinless and diced

3 tablespoons olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning (adjust to taste)

200ml heavy cream

50g Parmesan cheese, grated

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Pasta Preparation: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the fettuccine and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain and set aside.

    Seafood Sautéing: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

      Add Seafood: Stir in the diced salmon and cook for 2-3 minutes until it starts to turn pink. Then add the lobster meat and crab meat, continuing to cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring gently.

        Create Alfredo Sauce: Reduce the heat to low and sprinkle in the Cajun seasoning. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine. Gradually add in the grated Parmesan cheese, whisking until melted and smooth. If the sauce is too thick, add reserved pasta water, a little at a time, until desired consistency is reached.

          Combine Pasta and Sauce: Gently fold the cooked fettuccine into the Cajun seafood Alfredo sauce, ensuring the pasta is well coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
