1 can of refrigerated cinnamon roll dough

2 large eggs

1/2 cup milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

2 tablespoons maple syrup

Butter for frying

Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)

Fresh blueberries or strawberries for garnish (optional)

Begin by preheating a large skillet over medium heat and adding a small amount of butter to coat the pan.

    Open the can of cinnamon roll dough and separate the rolls. Cut each roll into quarters and set aside.

      In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and maple syrup until everything is well combined.

        Gently dip each piece of cinnamon roll dough into the egg mixture, allowing it to soak for a few seconds.

          Carefully place the soaked dough pieces into the heated skillet, spacing them evenly apart.

            Cook for about 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy. You may need to do this in batches, depending on the size of your skillet.

              Once cooked, remove the bites from the skillet and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to absorb excess butter.

                Repeat the same process until all the bites are cooked.

                  To serve, dust the bites with powdered sugar and garnish with fresh blueberries or strawberries if desired.
